Data Doesn't Work If You Don't Spring is a busy season for most arts and entertainment...
Introducing Encore Pro
One Platform, Built for Live Entertainment
For years, arts and entertainment organizations have managed the complexity of running live events by stitching together multiple tools — one for analyzing ticket sales, another for communicating with audiences, and often several more for everything in between. It works, until it doesn't. Data lives in different places. Teams operate in silos. And the time spent moving between systems is time not spent on the work that actually matters.
Encore Pro is our answer to that problem.
Encore Pro is a unified platform for live entertainment venues, built from the ground up for the specific rhythms and demands of arts, entertainment, and event organizations. It brings together the capabilities of Activity Stream and crowdEngage — two products that many of our clients have relied on separately for years — into a single, cohesive experience.
This isn't simply a rebrand or a cosmetic merge. Building Encore Pro gave us the opportunity to rethink how the tools should work together, how data should flow across an organization, and what a modern engagement and analytics platform should actually look like for a theater, a performing arts center, a concert venue, or a touring production.
What's in the platform
At its core, Encore Pro is organized around the full lifecycle of an event and its audience. From the moment a show goes on sale to the post-event follow-up, the platform is designed to support the decisions and actions that happen at every stage.
The Home Dashboard gives organizations an immediate read on what's happening — revenue, tickets sold, new and returning customers, same-day sales, and how far in advance audiences are booking. These aren't static reports; they're live indicators that reflect the current state of your business, benchmarked against prior periods so trends are immediately visible.
Shows brings your productions front and center, with performance-level analytics alongside the assets and information your team needs to manage each run. Individual events within a show — each performance date — are tracked and reportable on their own terms.
Sales Performance is a significant expansion of the analytical depth available to organizations. Alongside a comprehensive sales overview, it includes dedicated views for channel attribution, year-on-year comparisons, offer and discount performance, donations, and — a long-requested addition — a dedicated memberships reporting dashboard. Understanding how membership programs are performing alongside ticket sales has historically required workarounds; in Encore Pro, it's built in.
For reaching audiences, Campaigns covers email, SMS, lead capture, and connected TV advertising. And Automations brings automated pre- and post-event communications into the platform, so the right message reaches the right patron at the right moment in their journey — without requiring manual effort for every send.
Visitor Experience brings together the patron-facing capabilities that live entertainment organizations depend on — from concessions and pre-order to membership delivery and ticket design — creating a through-line between the data your organization tracks and the experience your audiences actually have.
Why it matters now
The live entertainment sector has spent the last several years rebuilding audience relationships that were interrupted and, in many cases, fundamentally changed. Patrons are returning — but their expectations, habits, and relationship to attendance have shifted. Organizations that can understand those shifts quickly and respond thoughtfully will be better positioned to retain the audiences they've rebuilt and grow from there.
That requires tools that work at the pace of live events, reflect the complexity of the sector, and put the right information in front of the right people at the right time. It requires not having to export data from one system to import it into another. It requires a platform that was designed for this industry, not adapted to it.
Encore Pro is now available in Customer Preview for existing Activity Stream and crowdEngage clients. If you haven't already heard from your account team about access, reach out and we'll get you started. Documentation and support resources are available at help.encorepro.com.
