# Campaign Performance Reporting

## See how much revenue every email campaign brought in, down to the individual link.

### What is it?

Campaign Performance shows the financial result of each campaign: revenue, tickets, and which shows and links did the work. How many tickets did that season announcement sell? You can see it right on the campaign. For now it covers email campaigns; SMS campaigns use a different attribution method.

It works without cookies, and it doesn't need any changes to your website or ticketing system. Encore Pro attributes sales to a campaign the way ad platforms attribute conversions: by matching ticket buyers to the people who received your campaign. A purchase counts toward a campaign if the buyer clicked it in the 30 days before buying, or opened it in the 7 days before.

### Finding it

1. Go to **Campaigns \> Email**.
2. Open a sent campaign.
3. Stay on the **Reporting** tab. **Campaign Performance** is at the top.

### What you'll see

| Metric | What it tells you |
| --- | --- |
| **Revenue** | Total ticket revenue attributed to this campaign |
| **Tickets** | Tickets sold from it |
| **Reactivated Customers** | Customers whose last purchase was a year or more ago, and who bought after interacting with this campaign |
| **Reactivated Revenue** | Revenue from those customers |

Below that, a table breaks results out by show: **Ticket Sales**, **Revenue**, and **Share of revenue**. Each row shows the show's run dates and venue, so you can see which shows the email actually sold. Use **Rows per page** and the arrows to page through longer lists.

### Revenue by link

For the most useful view, open the **Heatmap** tab and switch to **Revenue**. Every link in the email shows the money it brought in, so you can see whether the hero image or the "BOOK NOW" button sold more tickets. See [*Email Campaign Heatmap*](https://support.encorepro.com/email-campaign-heatmap?hsLang=en).

### Reading it well

- **Start with the show table.** If your biggest show got a small share, check what the email led with.
- **Weigh it against effort.** A modest SMS send that brought in a few thousand pounds is a different story than an email that took three days to design.
- **Check revenue by link before you reuse a layout.** If the button beat the image, put the button higher next time.
- **Don't expect an exact match with your ticketing system.** Attribution is an estimate of what the campaign drove, not a full sales report.
