Someone without access still sees ticket quantities, attendance, and the rest of the count-based numbers. They just don't see the money. ### Where it helps - **Ops and front of house.** Your ops lead or house manager needs to know how many people to expect for a performance. They don't necessarily need net revenue. - **Partner organizations.** A co-presenter or visiting company with no financial stake in the show can still pull audience numbers to report back to their funders, without seeing your financials. ### How to turn it off for a user 1. Go to **Settings** and open the user's profile to edit it. 2. Clear the **Can view revenue** checkbox. 3. Save. The change shows up the next time they refresh. On a show dashboard, they'll still see the quantity-based KPIs and charts. Net revenue, same day revenue, and average ticket price are hidden, along with the other revenue figures. To give access back, tick the box again.   ### Revenue access vs. scoping rules These do different jobs and work together: - **Scoping rules** limit *which* shows, venues, or productions a user can see.
