[Email](https://support.encorepro.com/campaigns?hsLang=en#email) # Importing Activity Stream email templates to Encore Pro ## If you built email templates in Activity Stream, you don't need to rebuild them. Bring them across, and they land in Encore Pro as regular templates you can edit. ### Why they need importing Unsubscribe and Manage Preferences links work differently in Encore Pro. In Activity Stream, each was a special block that took up a full row. In Encore Pro, you can hyperlink any text or element to the unsubscribe or manage preferences link. Because of that, an Activity Stream template can't be used as-is. The importer converts those links for you on the way in, so they arrive formatted the way Encore Pro expects.   ### Before you start Template import is rolling out gradually and needs to be switched on for your account. If you don't see the option below, contact your Client Success Manager or [support@encorepro.com](mailto:support@encorepro.com) and we'll enable it. ### How to import 1. Go to **Campaigns \> Email \> Templates**. 2. Click **Import templates** in the top right. Your Activity Stream templates will be listed. 3. Use the search to find specific templates if you have a lot of them. 4. Select the ones you want to bring across. 5. Click **Import**.   Open an imported template and check the footer.
