# Invite & Remove Users

## Add colleagues to crowdEngage and take them off if they no longer need access.

Invite a user

1. Go to **Settings → Users**.
2. Click **Invite User** and enter their details.
3. Assign a **role** (below).

 Remove a user

1. Go to **Settings → Users**.
2. Click the **three-dot menu** next to the person and choose **Remove User**.

 Roles

Two roles, and the only difference is whether they can manage other users:

- **Member** — full access to all of crowdEngage's tools.
- **Owner** — everything a Member can do, plus inviting and removing users.

Give **Owner** only to the people who should manage your account's access — your box office lead or ops lead, typically. Everyone else is a Member.
