Remove a Flow From an Event

Stop a performance from sending any messages.                                                   A cancelled show, or one performance date that you don't want to send tickets for. Clearing a flow strips it back to nothing, including any Default Flow.

When you'd use this
  • A performance shouldn't receive the messaging it was assigned.
  • You run a Default Flow on everything, but one performance shouldn't get it.
Clear the flow
  1. Go to Events, open the event, and click Edit — same screen you use to attach a flow.
  2. Filter and tick the performances you want to change. A ticked box will be changed; leave everything else unticked.
  3. Instead of picking a flow from the dropdown, choose Clear flow.
  4. Click Update.

Everything is removed from the ticked performances — including any Default Flow. Each now shows its flow as None, and nothing will send.

Watch out
  • Clearing is per-performance. Only the performances you ticked are affected. Double-check the ticks on a long run before you update — it's the same filter as attaching.
  • Already sent steps can't be pulled back. Clearing stops future sends. A step that's already gone out is gone — see Send an instant text if you need to send a correction.
