Set up digital memberships

Turn a member's mobile ticket into their membership card — pulled live from your ticketing system, saved to their wallet, ready to show at the door. And for non-members, the same tab becomes a place to pitch joining.

Available for Spektrix and Tessitura clients. Other ticketing systems are on the roadmap but not supported yet.

What it does

crowdEngage pulls membership data from Spektrix or Tessitura and shows a digital membership card on the member's mobile ticket — something they can present to you in the venue. From there:

  • Members can add the card to Apple or Google Wallet, where it stays until it expires.
  • Auto-renewing memberships update themselves when they renew.
  • You can colour cards by level or to match your branding — tell us what you want for each type.

New: members can be sent their card as soon as they buy a new membership, not just when they next book a ticket. Ask support to switch this on.

Use the tab for non-members too

If a customer isn't a member, the membership tab doesn't have to sit empty. Instead of a card, it can show a page explaining the benefits of joining, with a link straight to the membership purchase page on your website — a soft upsell to an audience that's already through the door.
