Setting Up the FAQs Tab
Put the answers to your most asked questions right on the customer's mobile ticket, as its own tab. The box office phone rings less and the front of house team fields fewer of the same questions before doors.
Add an FAQ
- Open FAQs and click Create.
- Add the question and its answer. That's it — it appears as a tab on the digital ticket.

Each FAQ can carry its own criteria, so an answer only shows when it's relevant — no need to caveat every entry with "if you're at the evening show."
- On the FAQ, open the Criteria Builder.
- Pick your rule. FAQs can be set to show only for certain events, or even certain start times — matinee guidance that differs from the evening show, say.
- When targeting by event, type the event name exactly as it appears in your ticketing system — same spelling, casing, no trailing spaces, or it won't match.

Full mechanics: Target recipients with the Criteria Builder.
Pull in live details with templatingTemplating language works in FAQs just as it does in messages. Pull the performance end time, the date, or any other important information from the ticketing system, so an answer like "the show finishes around…" fills itself in. It's handy, and it makes a generic FAQ feel written for that visit. It can get fiddly depending on what you're looking to do, so ask support if you need any help.

Every venue has its own regulars, but these earn their place on most tickets:
- What time does the performance end?
- Can I bring a suitcase or buggy?
- How far are you from the station?
- Anywhere good to eat nearby?
- Can I take photos?
- Is there accessible parking?
- Do you have free wifi?
- Any content warnings for this show — strobe, haze, loud effects?
- Can I sing along?
- What time should I arrive?
