Add a custom tab

Beyond the built-in tabs, you can add a tab that links out to any web page you like — turning the mobile ticket into a jumping-off point for the rest of the visit.

What you can link to

Anything with a URL. Some that earn their place:

  • Your What's On page, to sell the next show while they're already engaged
  • Your access page
  • A membership upsell page
  • The crowdEngage donations page
  • Something for the night itself — an Instagram filter, a Spotify playlist for the show
Set one up

Custom tabs are added by our team. Email support@encorepro.com with three things:

  1. The web page you want the tab to link to
  2. The tab name you want customers to see
  3. The icon you'd like on it

We'll set it up and it'll appear on the mobile ticket.
