Show related tickets

When a customer buys a show ticket plus an ice cream voucher plus a post-show talk, you don't want to send them three links. Related tickets puts everything they've booked for the day on the one mobile ticket.

What it does

Instead of a separate message for every add-on, related tickets surfaces anything else the customer has booked within a timeframe you choose on the same mobile ticket link. Their main performance stays on the front page; a Related tickets tab holds the extras — vouchers, talks, etc.

Filter out what customers shouldn't see

Not every add-on belongs in front of the customer. Ticket protection is the common one — you sell it, but there's no reason to show it at the door. Those can be excluded so the tab only shows what's actually useful on the night.

 

Turn it on

Related tickets is configured by our team. Email support@encorepro.com with:

  1. The timeframe to include — everything within 24 hours, say, or within an hour either side of the show
  2. Any events to exclude (e.g. ticket protection)
