Ticketing Integration Guides: Tessitura and Spektrix
Your ticketing system holds the data everything else depends on: who bought, what they bought, and when they’re coming. These guides cover how to connect it to Encore Pro so your box office, marketing and front-of-house teams are all working from the same numbers.
There’s one guide for each ticketing system. Each one has a tab for Exchange (the Encore Pro integration platform) and a tab for crowdEngage, so start with the guide for your system, then go to the tab for the product you use.
The guides

Why you need to request access
These guides include our IP addresses, how we set up API users, and the database procedures behind the integration. That’s not something we post publicly. So each guide is a Google Doc that’s only open to people at organizations we work with.
How to get in
- Click the relevant Request access link above for the guide you need.
- Complete the form (please include your organization so we can verify that you should have access).
- We’ll approve your request as quickly as we can. You’ll get an email from Google when the guide is ready to open.
Don’t have a Google account with your work email? You can create one with your existing work address, and you don’t need Gmail to do it. Go to accounts.google.com/signup and choose “Use my current email address instead.”
Before you start
- Bring in your admin early. Most setup steps need someone with admin access to your ticketing system.
- Request access for the person doing the work. Access is for each person, not each organization, so whoever is clicking through the setup should request their own.
- Don’t forward or download the guides. Share them by asking your teammates to request access.
