Add a Custom Tab
Beyond the built in tabs, you can add a tab that links out to any web page you like, turning the mobile ticket into a jumping-off point for the rest of the visit.
What you can link to
Anything with a URL. Some that earn their place:
- Your What's On page, to sell the next show while they're already engaged
- Your access page
- Something for the night itself - a Spotify playlist for the show or a video trailer
- Local transport pages
Custom tabs are added by our team. Email support@encorepro.com with three things:
- The web page you want the tab to link to
- The tab name you want customers to see
- The icon you'd like on it
We'll set it up and it'll appear on the mobile ticket.
